"Open. Send out roots. Wait for the rain.
Do not worry if it’s a dry day."

At the end of a lake district holiday, when I'd been thrashing around in my head trying to figure out what I want to do with my life, I sat down and found this little poem. It's a kind of set of instructions to remind me where to go when my head gets so full of noise that I've lost my bearings.
